Looking for an assistant with property management experience, that can help with all facets of real estate specifically apartment complexes. Person should have a college degree and be efficient in computer work such as microsoft office and mircrosoft excel. Person should also have familiarity with showing apartments and leasing apartments as well as drafting leases and other notices pertaining to tenants. Person should be able to pay bills and handle minor bookkeeping work. Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel locally from Worcester County to possibly as far as Fall River and Rhode Island.
