Job Description:
We are hiring a full-time account executive covering Central, MA. We specialize in apartment and condominium management, sales, and leasing. As an account executive, you will work with existing clients coordinating various projects, and overseeing the day to day operation of their properties. You will work in partnership with our internal accounting and maintenance team. You'll also be the primary customer service representative for these clients. Part of your job will be to make sure apartments are rented and assist homeowners in selling their condominiums. Additionally, you'll work with clients and introduce them to our maintenance and renovation services. This job is a 70% account management and 30% new sales and upselling.
Become an expert in apartments and condominiums management, sales, and leasing. No hard-selling, these properties are existing clients. We'll show you the way.
Applicants must:
- Have reliable transportation
- Have some project, property, association management experience.
-Be a licensed salesperson (or willing to take Real Estate Exam)
