Leal Realty Group of Keller Williams is looking for a BUYER AGENT to join our team. This person must be a licensed agent in Massachusetts and if you are also licensed in Connecticut or anywhere else that's a plus.
All lead generating systems will be supplied as well as leads. This person will also be responsible for lead generation everyday and also bringing leads to the team. Must be available full time including weekends as necessary. Some duties will include open houses and showing coverage.
This candidate will also be provided with an Administrative Assistant for all paperwork associated with real estate so all you have to do is go out, show houses, and close deals. All other aspects of the deals will be handled by the team leader and Administrative Assistant. Lots of free trainings will be provided.
This person must be outgoing and knowledgeable in the Worcester County real estate market.
We are looking for someone who has some experience and is possibly only doing 3-5 deals a year who would like to triple or quadruple their business.
As with all real estate related jobs this is a commission-based offer.
