Overview: Doug Russell Marine is a market leader marine facility, servicing the marine industry both wholesale and retail, for over 60 years, with over 1000 motors/sterndrives and over 100,000 parts. The Parts person needed for our Service Department is a new position that is vital to the overall service business of Doug Russell Marine. Summary; He/She will manage the internal portion of our business supplying parts to our service department. Duties and Responsibilities: Responds and maintains standard stocking parts, expedites and orders parts needed by service department. Develop parts processes, Coordinate goals with supervisor, Identify and resolve issues. Maintains a clean and inviting department at all times, Willing to attend training seminars. Knowledge and Skills: 1 + year Parts Department or equivalent experience, high school diploma, able to use standard computer and internet functions, have understanding of financial principles, service skills, be detail -oriented, and be well organized, Benefits: Aggressive Pay and Benefit Plan,
