Looking for experienced vendors. Pioneer Preservation is a local property maintenance company located in Hampshire County and is now hiring full time Property Preservation contractors who would be able to complete work in MA . We have a lot of work in multiple counties Hampshire, Hampden, Franklin, Berkshire, Worcester please make sure you meet the following requirements if you are interested in this opportunity:
-Basic computer capabilities & knowledge of industry photo requirements (before/during/after photos of all work completed)
-Ability to complete work and meet strict deadlines
-Own reliable work vehicle and equipment/tools necessary to complete, document, and upload work
-Must be organized, detail oriented, reliable and professional in appearance and manner
Interested candidates will be expected to perform all duties, including but not limited to:
Carpentry
Snow Removal
Securing
Lawn care
Debris removal
Lock changes
Re-keys
Cleaning
Trash outs
Winterization
Inspections
This is a 1099 position pay out is twice monthly
