We are looking for 2 Repossession Agents to join our team! Our Repossession Agents are provided an extensive amount of resources. Resources provided include but are not limited to, customer service representatives, skip tracing professionals, LPR technology, mobile office setup and several software's that offer digital ease to successfully recovery a large amount of units. We provide nice trucks that are equipped properly to handle all situations and offer support with additional staff and trucks at the ready. This position is great for someone that appreciates challenges and that possess a hunting mentality.

Training:
New hires will receive PAID training with our team of highly experienced staff. Training will consist of tow truck operations, computer software, general paperwork, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Compensation:
Draw/Commission that is extremely competitive
UNCAPPED Earning Potential
Most Repossession Agents can expect to earn between $50k - $80k a year to start.
However, earning potential depends on individual performance.

Experience:
Experience is necessary with the operating a self loader and having worked in the repossession industry.
License or Certification:
Current Driver License/ Clean MVR (Required)
Candidates that are currently employed with another repossession company and have the experience are eligible for a potential signing bonus.
Requirements:
Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
Current Drivers license
Ability to pass background check
Ability to lift 75lbs
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and de-escalate situations
Be self-motivated and have a strong eagerness to work.
Neat and clean appearance.
Must be able to work all shifts including weekends
Must not have any MAJOR traffic violations within the last 3 years
Previous experience in driving position is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to build rapport with others
