Corporate Cleaning Group is currently looking to hire a Weekend Cleaning Supervisor. The cleaning supervisor will be responsible for up to 10 facilities (within a 10 mile radius) in the Ann Arbor area. This is a working supervisory position.
Shifts will range from 3 to 6 hours a day at $18 an hour or we are willing to negotiate a competitive daily set rate.

This will include training new employees, supervising quality control standards of the facilities, communicating with both employees and the Account Manager, filling in as needed.
Position Purpose: To oversee a cleaning staff at one or more locations. In this position, you must have a "superior attendance record". Supervisors will insure all job tasks are completed, all areas will be on a cycle for inspection. Communication regarding building and/or staffing concerns to the account manager is a vital aspect of this position.
Major Job Functions:
HR Responsibilities - Insuring all procedures and policies are followed
Train and retraining staff
Responsible for making sure the staff is working effectively and efficiently
Responsible to make sure the staff is following job cards
Set agenda for the day on any special needs or focus
Perform inspections and provide constructive feedback to cleaners
Responsible for making sure the staff is working within budgeted hours
Communicating all matters to their manager and some matters via communication logs
Working side by side with cleaners
Making sure all lights are off and the facility is locked and secure
Other Job Duties:
Filling in and completing a cleaning shift when there are call offs or requested days off
Assisting with detail cleaning as time allows
Insuring all supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working condition
Responsible for nurturing positive attitude amongst the staff
Requirements:
No custodial experience required
Excellent work ethic and customer service
Superior attendance and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift/move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push/roll recycling bins.
Ability to walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
Dependable, Positive and Team Orientated
