The Benchmark Group is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Manager at our Ypsilanti apartment community.
Our assistant managers are responsible for assuming the responsibilities of the Community Manager in their absence, leasing, marketing and move-in administration.
Candidates should have 2 - 3 years of experience in property management or a similar industry such as hospitality or retail. Excellent customer service and sales skills required. Knowledge of Entrata is preferred. Must be able to work Saturdays.
