Job Description
We are looking to grow our Customer Care Team with a Front Desk Operator to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their salon visit. Front Desk Operators' general responsibilities include greeting guests, managing appointment books, providing information about salon services and products, and serving as an admin. assistant to salon managers. If you have a knack for customer service, then we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable visit for our guests.
Responsibilities
Perform all customers check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Register clients collecting necessary information
Welcome guests upon their arrival
Provide tour of our space and tend to guests' needs during their visit
Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
