National Home Improvement Company seeking a detail oriented customer service person. This position will spend 99% of the day on the phone receive inbound and making outbound calls scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate must be competent using a computer, type 50+ wpm, and being familiar with Salesforce would be a plus. .
This is a full time position with benefits, 401k match, profit sharing and paid time off. We are looking to fill the 11am-7pm shift.
