Our client is a small, successful, privately owned manufacturing company looking for a smart, friendly Customer Service Representative who can work in a fast-paced environment.
This customer service person will help new clients train on how to place orders and use the website. This person basically onboards new customers. The pay is $12 - $13/hr.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and ability to assist clients in coordination of their project orders.
Qualifications:
Strong listening skills with ability to understand and problem solve
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word as well all other basic computer skills
Understanding of how to navigate the internet
Investigative by nature
Ability to multitask (talk on the phone and respond to email)
Great phone, person to person and written communications skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Work well with clients of all personality types
Ability to be organized, honest, dependable, positive and punctual
