BreedAbove, Inc. is a dog resort in Ann Arbor. We are interviewing for the position of Reservations Coordinator/Customer Relations.
Data accuracy in billing and customer tracking
Organizational abilities; extremely detailed and a multi-tasker
Ability to thrive fast paced and very busy environment
Clearly communicate components of services to new and existing clients
Professional phone etiquette: answer phones in a happy, polite manner
Must greet clients politely and professionally
Must like dogs. Must like people. Not easily bothered by barking!
Positive work ethic, high level of personal professional standards
Computer savvy: ability to learn industry software quickly
High level of professionalism in attire/appearance
High level of professionalism in communications with coworkers
Position will include at least 1 weekend day per week and additional hours around holidays.
Full & Part Time position available.
