Sr. Analyst, UsabilityLocation US-MI-Ann ArborJob ID 14338Apply NowOverview of Job Function:The Senior Usability Analyst evaluates experiences across the web and mobile channels with a focus on providing direct, tactical and actionable recommendations to improve user experience. In this role, survey data, User Experience best practices and various User Experience research methodologies are leveraged. The Senior Usability Analyst is responsible as part of a team to ensure measure and account renewals.Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Leverage User Experience research to identify usability issues and advise clients on how to resolve
Develop and execute research studies
Deliverable planning, analysis and presentation (on-site presentation)
Understanding the client’s business, challenges, KPIs and measurement objectives
Serve as the primary contact for usability questions, both client and internal facing
Leverage Qualitative survey data for Usability research
Ad hoc consultation internally and client facing
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field and or related work experience
5+ years experience in Usability/ User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Client Management, and Project Management
This person must demonstrate ability to think critically and logically
This person must be able to work independently but also collaboratively.
This person must be detail oriented and produce high quality deliverables,
This person should be Professional, Supportive, Team Player, Self-aware, flexible, and an active listener, and possess moderate to strong business knowledge and acumen
Excellent verbal and written communicator and demonstrated Presentation and time/project management skills.
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
Preferred Requirements:
Specialty expertise (industry, VOC, Customer Experience, etc.)
The ability to establish and sustain successful business relationships
The ability to effectively forecast and prioritize use of time and expectations for both workload and self
Experience with Card Sorting and Usability testing software applications
