Salt Springs Brewery in Saline is OPEN AND WORKING THROUGH CV19, we're open providing curbside take-out, delivery and will opening for seated business as soon as we're allowed. We've dealt with the worst of this and we're not standing down! We are looking for a skilled line cook that is passionate about their craft. We're a well established restaurant and micro-brewery where everything is scratch made. You will be working with the freshest ingredients, friendly staff, and management that sincerely cares about you! You won't be cooking food in a basement as our line is open to our main dining room so you get to be a part of the action, too. Dinner and a show for you and our guests!

We specifically need a PM line cook that can work 3 - close, 30 - 40 hours a week. We run a Woodstone pizza oven, a saute' station, and a grill / sandwich station. You're already great at one of these stations, maybe all of them. We're flexible and happy to cross train so you can expand your own skill sets. We invest in our staff!

- Stay on top of your work to keep the line moving, especially under pressure.

- Ability to communicate with all stations to properly time food to the tables.
