Are you looking for a job where you can make a difference in people's lives? The position will be an active member of an interdisciplinary team working from 10am-5pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Job functions include light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation to and from community based appointments. Vehicle is supplied to use for transportation.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (must provide copy)
Valid Driver's License and auto insurance
