Full time experienced cleaning person needed for apartment complex in Ypsilanti, MI.
A self starter team member to fulfill duties such as: cleaning vacant units to get ready for re-leasing, cleaning hallways, common areas, office, basements, etc. Must be flexible, able to multitask. Good at working well with others, as well as working alone. Good with working with cleaning supplies such as brooms, mops, and chemicals. Will be able to work in warm and cold conditions as well as be able to meet deadlines. Help out with grounds projects like flowers and signs. Keeping outside grounds picked up from trash and debris. Trim shrubs, overall upkeep of property grounds.
Must have a valid driver's license.
