About the company

Fusion Coolant Systems has commercialized a patented disruptive technology that uses supercritical CO2 for enhanced lubrication to reduce the costs of manufacturing and increase productivity in large sectors such as medical, aerospace, and automotive.

Developed by U-Michigan researcher, educator and serial entrepreneur, Dr. Steven Skerlos, Fusions critical patents secure the process of using supercritical carbon dioxide as a machining coolant and vehicle to deliver dry and enhanced lubrication to a cutting zone for applications demanding high lubrication and high cooling.

Fusion Coolant Systems recently raised an $8 million Series C financing round, and is now led by CEO Brian Ahlborn. About the opportunity

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and self-motivated Marketing Manager to support our business. You will work directly for the CEO and be responsible for helping to define and execute Fusion Coolants marketing, communications and PR strategy. As a new and exciting solution in an industry thats been largely untouched by innovation, Fusion is uniquely positioned to grow into the market leader.

You will play a critical role in establishing that leadership, and for gaining exposure for the company. This is a perfect role for someone who is comfortable with dynamic work and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. You will be responsible for managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department, including:

Positioning & Messaging:

Own and elevate the Fusion Coolant brand through the creation of differentiated brand positioning and messaging

Lead Generation Campaigns:

Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results

Work with the sales organization to keep current on the market changes and the customers requirements

Company Collateral:

Manage and create key marketing materials including presentations, sales collateral, video, photography and other creative assets

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups

PR:

Craft and execute a PR strategy aimed at generating buzz and credibility for the company with the right audiences

Events & Tradeshows:

Build the companys event and tradeshow strategy, supporting company exhibits and speaking opportunities

Social Media:

Establish social accounts and develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms

Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity

Oversee the companys marketing budget

About you

Expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, market research and social media.

Demonstrated results building a strong sales funnel using a data-driven approach

Marketing automation tools savvy (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce)

Excited about a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
