We are a small private pediatric practice looking for a part-time (15-20 hours per week) front desk staff person. We have a warm and uniquely collaborative office. Duties include taking copays, making appointments, scanning documents, and facilitating the office work flow. Effective multitasking is a must for this job. Because we value having interesting people to work with, if you are finishing a novel, raising children, or are a full-time activist looking for a side job, we welcome you to apply. Shifts are daytime only.
MUST be available for 1-2 Saturday AM shifts (8 am-12:30 pm) per month.
