Condo association needs to create written meeting minutes after board meetings. Good side job for a local secretary or even a retiree comfortable with a PC and email. This is an ongoing gig, approximately twice per month.
Meetings last about 1.5 hours. Discussion notes need to be taken. Simple meeting minutes need to be compiled and typed after. The minutes are not formal legal documents. The minutes are primarily discussion notes with attachments. Votes need to be recorded in the minutes. The minutes for future reference and review by the the community.
