We are a real estate technology research company focused on title work for residential and commercial properties.
Title Searcher at A.S.K Services, Inc. are responsible for conducting a variety of Residential and Commercial Title Searches. We will train you! We will provide you with 3-4 weeks of paid training during the month of December, upon which we will want you to work, full time hours (8:30am- 5:00pm) during our peak times of May through August. We are based in Plymouth Michigan.
Requirements:
1 year of Real Estate Title Search/ Examination experience
Some college course work strongly preferred
Computer skills including data entry is required
Experienced in doing research is required
Must be available to work during the summer months full time May through August
Must be a positive team player
Must be client focused
Ability to efficiently type research reports
