We are a small startup based in Ann Arbor, MI that is well-established in the construction industry and poised to disrupt another $2T+ market. Our core product is a cloud-based application trusted by construction contractors to estimate project costs and write proposals. We take pride in providing non-technical customers a software solution that helps them solve day-to-day issues they rely on our tool to run their business profitably.

After a recent acquisition of our database partner we are positioned to become a data platform within the “ConstrucTech” and “PropTech” ecosystems which presents a tremendous new opportunity for growth. Our platform serves thousands of contractors and produces billions in estimates annually that cover 80% of the US population. Roles

Your primary role as Customer Success Manager is to be the first line of communication with customers and will represent their voice in our internal discussions around customer success, marketing, and product development. In practice, this means answering chat, email, and phone calls from customers helping them learn the software, directing them to the appropriate support articles or videos, and updating account or billing information. Our team will also lean on you to represent the customer when we build new products and features, for feedback on the design and simplicity.

Additionally, there are some related duties such as updating support videos and articles or improvements to our onboarding email series. It is your responsibility to help our customers utilize the software, which means that you are free and encouraged to work on projects that you feel will help the overall customer experience. We need help to achieve our ambitious plans and our needs are somewhat diverse. We value individuals with a high aptitude and good cultural fit over specific skill sets and educational background.

Job Requirements
