Do you have experience with exterior home remodeling & installation? Siding, roof, windows, doors, gutters, soffits, etc.? Do you have experience with project management? Are you computer literate? Strong communication skills are a plus. We are looking for a Field Supervisor at John McCarter Construction. The Field Supervisor plays a key role in our company and reports directly to the Production Manager and company owner. If you like team environments, this could be right for you.
The Field Supervisor is responsible for the following:
-Ensure that crews adhere to the procedures for proper installation
-Document any field issues and resolve
-On site resolution of customer issues
-Oversee job sites and ensure that company policies are followed
-Perform job start walk arounds per schedule
-Generate punch lists for active projects
-Communicate with office/management via email (including photos) regarding job progress for billing events
-Assist in service repair work as needed/directed by Production Manager to maintain favorable lead times and work with crew for training
-Collect payments
-Project close out
