Have you ever thought about getting paid while being on the lake? Mac's Marine Solutions is a forward moving, family driven company who is experiencing explosive expansion. We are currently looking for a boat transport specialist. This job will require you to drive a company owned vehicle while towing a boat. This is a great opportunity to get paid while enjoying the beautiful Michigan seasons. Towing experience is a must, along with the following criteria.

• Be at least 21 years of age

• Hold a current valid Michigan driver’s license

• Have general knowledge of boating, and be able to operate a small water craft safely

• At least 3 years of towing experience

• Work weekends when needed

• Have a good driving record

• Must be able to pass a physical if necessary

• Must be able to lift 50 to 75 lbs.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be punctual and be able to take directions well

• Must be clean, and present yourself well to our customers

• Having general knowledge of lake and launch locations to our local area is a plus but not mandatory.

• When not driving, you must be willing to do small tasks around the shop. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, sweeping, preparing boats for delivery, and other such tasks.

You will also need to operate a boat. How awesome is that! There are a large number of deliveries which will require you to safely operate a boat to complete the delivery process. Enjoy a quick break while cruising across the lake to the customers dock slip. Summer time has never been more enjoyable. The ideal candidate will also possess a small mechanical aptitude. When boats aren't available for delivery, you will be required to help out as needed in the shop. Shop help requirements vary from light duty mechanical such as checking oil, making sure boat lights and horn are working etc. Come join us while we grow and become part of our expanding team!

Salary: $13.00 to $18.00 /hour
