The Store Manager is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position and is responsible for the overall operations of a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. You are provided with the opportunity to grow as an individual and team member in the tire and automotive industry.

What you'll do:

Belle Tire Brand Ambassador, leading local efforts to drive brand recognition and ensure Belle Tire's culture is reinforced throughout the store.

Build customer relationships

Assess customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs

Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process

Manage a cash drawer; cash customers out and maintain daily cash reconciliation

Direct the workflow in the service department

Meet and exceed defined goals and objectives

Handle day to day paperwork involved with retail operations

Open and Close the store as a part of key holder duties

Coach, manage and develop store employees

Write store schedule for all employees

Assist in hiring, interviewing and employee relations concerns

Understand and analyze store profit & loss statement

Inventory management

Facility management

Clean shop, showroom, restrooms

Work well in a team environment with a positive attitude

Do the right thing for the customers, employees, and vendors

Continuous thinking and sharing of ideas to improve Belle Tire

Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

18 years of age

Valid drivers' license

High School Diploma/GED is required

3+ years Management experience in a retail and/or auto service environment high preferred.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, management and customers.

Ability to lift an object weighing up to 75 pounds

Varying work hours, Mon-Sat, some overtime may be required. Workshop environment, with heavy physical requirements and long periods of standing.

  • Staff Engineer - Networks The Network Engineer is responsible for managing, designing, and improving Comerica’s enterprise network. He or she will assist network architects with design and implementation of network technologies. This role is responsible for providing guiding principles and leadership to engineering teams as well as offering proactive assistance on project-based activities. General duties include leading buildout of solutions and driving innovation for incorporating new modern technologies in the enterprise network. Partners with management and other engineers to drive infrastructure modernization projects to completion and provides Level3 technical support using extensive technical background to take on work assignments the team is engaged in. Strong people skills and the ability to balance/prioritize between multiple tasks and projects are essential. This position does involve both routing and switching as well as network firewall implementation projects for both on-prem and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate would have experience in network design, implementation, and documentation of medium-large scale enterprise networks, be familiar with datacenter technologies (Nexus switches, VPC, Nexus Dashboard, Cisco ACI), have experience with switching / routing / Wi-Fi and Firewall/VPN on Cisco platforms as well as RemoteAccessVPN/AnyConnect on Firepower/ASA clusters and tweaking their integration with NAC solutions (Cisco ISE). For maintaining and implementing a good security posture, skills with Checkpoint firewall technologies (Management Servers, CheckPoint Infinity, CheckPoint Maestro deployments) are also desirable. The principal engineer would also ideally work with F5 Load balancer clusters (Load balancing and SSL decryption policies) as well as Infoblox (DNS/IPAM functions). Cloud networking experience is also desirable (AWS, Azure, GCP) with existing familiarity with on-prem to cloud connectivity solutions (BGP peering, Cloud Exchange, etc.). SolarWinds use for compliance, configuration management and monitoring, LiveAction or LibreNMS monitoring is also desirable. CCNP Enterprise (R&S) knowledge level required, CCIE nice to have. The Staff Engineer is expected to work collaboratively across a variety of business units to implement new technologies, coordinate and take lead of assigned projects in all technical and communication aspects, Lead engineering peers towards achieving common goals in assigned projects, and coach peer engineers and effectively perform knowledge transfer/cross-training activities. The ability to take ownership of a project and execute it from 0 to 100% with little to no supervision, while interacting with multiple departments/teams that may hold certain keys to project completion is critical to achieving success in this role.   • Monitoring Center Console Operator The Monitoring Center Console Operator role will be responsible for adhering to Comerica Bank and Comerica Security policies and procedures. This will be about Campus, Banking Center Security and Life Safety issue, monitoring and responding to alarms according to procedures. This role will be working with a variety of vendors as required with troubleshooting communication failures and system problems, demonstrating a complete working knowledge of all Monitoring Center alarms, Access control and CCTV systems, assisting vendors in the field to resolve alarm issues, as well as working and addressing Campus Maintenance issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in alarm and camera programming as well. Position Responsibilities: Interface with eight (8) different systems. Monitor and respond to Banking Center and ATM alarms on Mastermind. Monitor and respond to Access Control Facility alarms on the Pegasys system. Program alarm systems on new, repaired or refurbished locations with Remote Link. Verify audio recordings on Viewpoint. Monitor and program all DVR systems on Navigator and web-based application. Monitor 3SI GPS trackers in the field via web-based application. Generate communications to groups and individuals regarding alarm activity, technical issues, or general emergencies. Verify that all logs, documents and back-ups are done on an ongoing basis. Ensure that policies and procedures are being adhered to, about workplace issues and alarm response. Work with various vendors for problem resolution. Coordinate and resolve security requests and issues. Directly troubleshoot technical issues that affect Corporate Security, Retail, IS, as well as Electronic Banking/ ATM Servicing.
