Requirements:

  • 3+ years directly related experience in Information Technology
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of information security fundamentals and risk-based approach to information security comprehensive information security program
  • Security Coordinator coordinates, helps develop, and evaluates security programs within the organization.
  • Security coordinator will be responsible for recording and communicating Information Security risks.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Demonstrating leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing financial resources through various life-cycle phases (cross-functional experience highly desirable)
  • Responsible for the maturity of the information security risk program in alignment with the Enterprise Security Office's risk program goals and guided by operational metrics.
  • Strong Ability to manage and coordinate meetings and presentations for senior management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment
Technical Experience:
  • Experience with implementing tools and developing techniques for measuring and reporting technical performance metrics
  • Possess working knowledge of information security fundamentals and risk-based approach to information security
  • Experience with the design and creation of security and compliance metrics and dashboards for Senior Management
  • Experience with preparing reports and technical documentation for managers and users
  • Experience with scheduling and coordinating various security programs and projects
  • Making sure procedures meet network security standards
  • Must be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • Experience in Effective Application Development Project Implementation / Deployment strategies
  • Experience in highly parallel work environments with projects utilizing iterative, agile, and waterfall approaches to achieve their objectives
  • Experience in both business transformation and information technology projects is required
