Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking an IT Service Support Specialist for our client in the Rochester Hills MI area. Duties:
Provide support and technical assistance to PC Integration customers.
Answer questions or resolve computer \ OEM software problems for these customers via telephone, PC access software or email.
Identify root cause of problems, troubleshoot and provide advice to assist end users.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems if necessary.
May provide assistance concerning the use of desk side tools including hardware, software, printing, hardware/software installation, operating systems, network issues, Web support, and general technical troubleshooting.
Perform desk side support duties including installation, maintenance, testing, of PC Integration on Customers' computers.
Troubleshoot problems and takes corrective action.
