Job Summary
As the Seasonal Groundskeeper you will be responsible for general upkeep and cleanliness of the apartment community, including parking lot, grounds surrounding the buildings, corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, mechanical rooms, and sprinkler systems. You will also be responsible for exterior painting projects, as well as, planting and other landscaping projects.
What You Will be Doing
Responsible for the timely upkeep of grounds, landscaping and parking lots
Assist in preparing units for move-in
Monitor and repair/clean gauges, trash and areas, property exteriors, hallways, sprinkling systems and fences
Some pool maintenance/cleaning may be required
Power washing exterior buildings and sidewalks
Submit requests for supplies to Property Manager
Keep property curb appeal in great condition at all times
Assist with minor maintenance requests and light cleaning
Keep work supplies organized in storage areas
Participates in other tasks and activities as assigned by Property Manager
What is Preferred for Success

High school Diploma or GED
Maintain a high level of customer service
Previous grounds or landscaping experience
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Act with integrity
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Bending and Twisting
Repetitive use of hands
Pushing and/or pulling
