Wanted: Experienced Roofing & Siding Installer to work on my 5 man crew, we work together everyday 1 job at a time. Hourly wages depends on experience, punctuality, production etc. not looking for Superman, we work together and produce quality impressive work. 25 yrs in business and booked up till September already with mostly siding, windows, metal & shingle roofing. Iâm looking for good guys that want to have a legitimate job making money to support families not goofs or weekend warriors. We donât do drama and we donât appreciate personal problems effecting work. Must have own hand tools, pouch, drivers license, transportation, work ethic and experience. Not looking for ground guys or part timers or subs. Bonuses if jobs come in under budget and fair treatment. No yelling or promises not kept. If I say it I do it. Checks never bounce.
