Craftsmanship Fit and Finish Support with Interior Plastics Experience/Knowledge
o CAD verification of Surface and 3D CAD compliance to targets
o Collaborating with Craftsmanship, D&R and Studio engineer to resolve any compliance issues
Systems Analysis Support
o Variation analysis of part to part interfaces using RSS and DVA tools
o GD&T and print compliance verification to initial assumptions for variation analysis
Fit to Nominal
o Physical Part data review to ensure compliance to system contribution of variation
o Measurements of final vehicle build interfaces to ensure compliance to F&F targets
