Collaborate with Internal and external Stakeholders and able to analyze, interpret and develop functional and technical requirements
Guide and oversee acceptance and functional testing; coordinate UAT testing with business.
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big-picture” view
Determines how decision support systems will provide the data required to make effective business decisions.
Performs modeling of information sources and flows.
Develops strategic report applications from the Data Warehouse.
Uses Tableau and other tools to develop reports and data visualizations which provide meaningful insight into program performance.
Establishes and maintains excellent knowledge of data warehouse database design, data definitions, system capabilities, query languages, and data integrity issues.
Develops and supports complex data warehouse-related applications for business areas requiring design and implementation of database tables.
Conducts training on use of applications developed.
The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including but not limited to facilitating meetings both in person and virtual settings as well as strong presentation skills.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
Requires a BS/BA degree; 4-5 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. PC, spreadsheet, and database skills, as well as experience in standard Business Information tools and query languages is also required. Experience building tableau dashboards with enhanced visualization.
