for overseeing and leading the Compliance Program for Anthem Inc.’s Global
In-House Center, Legato Health Technologies, with current locations in India
and Philippines. The Legato Compliance
Officer is responsible for advocating, monitoring, and enforcing compliance
through controls, policies, standards, and procedures. The individual must have global compliance program
experience along with a firm understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and
regulatory bodies and compliance requirements and risks.The position will involve interaction with corporate
management at the most senior levels, as well as senior regional business and
compliance teams. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in
overseeing broad-based, global compliance programs. The position requires
an individual with a proactive approach and ability to continually enhance the
compliance program using a risk-based approach. The successful candidate will
have demonstrated ability utilizing and leveraging systems and technology to
enhance compliance operations, have a strong executive presence and global
compliance experience.Primary
duties with the most expert skill level and tasks with the most advanced
complexity and broad/enterprise scale may include, but are not limited to:

Hires,
trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports;
collaborates with management to set strategic vision; may oversee a
