Technique Coach A technique coach is a seasoned software developer with a breadth of experience in multiple languages, software delivery disciplines and full systems Agile coaching. The technique coach must lead both from a technical and interpersonal perspective as well as have a passion for test driven development coupled with a flexible and open view on new technical possibilities.

• BS
• 3+ years experience coaching
• 5+ years development experience with TDD

• Disciplined in Agile Technical practices: TDD, Refactoring, Simple Design, Pair Programming, Clean Code
