Primary duties for this position will include:
Coaching and mentoring branch staff
Managing the day to day operations of the branch
Providing exceptional customer service to our members
Building relationships with the community and local businesses
Generate new sales and membership for the branch
The ideal candidate for Branch Manager would have the following qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 3 to 5 years financial management experience
Business development and community outreach experience is required
Must have knowledge of the various federal banking regulations and the responsibilities relating to each.
