The Product Owner will represent the customers and stakeholders of the product.

They will own the business/customer/stakeholder relationship, the backlog, the User Stories and the priorities of work.

They will strive to understand the business or multiple business lines, their goals and anticipate their needs.

They will be masters at writing User Stories.

Our Product Owners are embedded within a dedicated resource team and will attend all Scrum Ceremonies.

Represents the business and user voice in the collaborative iterative defining and splitting high level stories down to deliverable and valuable user stories.

Defines business and user value stories at a portfolio level in collaboration with the Squad team.

Validate requirements and designs with all stakeholders, facilitate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other related activities.

Work across matrix organization and other stakeholders to define and prioritize the team backlog and release planning.

Have a solid understanding of users, the marketplace, the competition, and of future trends for the domain or type of system being developed.

Responsible for being accessible and available; actively engaged to his or her team with commitment to build the best product possible.

Strong decision making skills based on knowledge of users and marketplace.

Strong communication skills to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Develops strategies and work plans for accomplishing goals.

Anticipates, identifies and responds to problems and issues related to specific products.

Organizes tasks in logical sequences and identifies required resources. Qualifications

Education: business or computer science related degree, Management Information Systems preferred.

Advanced knowledge of automotive; vehicle remarketing preferred.

Preferred 2 years of software (preferably the Internet, E-Commerce or Enterprise Software) product and business analysis experience.

Experience with agile transformation and agile development methodologies (Kanban, XP, Scrum) and tools (Jira, VersionOne).

Proven experience being adaptable to numerous and changing situations and challenges while controlling and reprioritizing scope.

Experience working with highly technical teams and bridging the communication between teams, business and stakeholders. Can you get everyone speaking the same language?

Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Maintains high levels of motivation, performance, and personal integrity aligned with Client's corporate values.
