Manager opportunity in our Detroit office.
The successful candidate will be a highly-motivated, independent thinker, who can manage projects instinctively without detailed supervision. This position will work on a growing, premier automotive account and also on a wide variety of well-known national and regional brands.

The position requires candidates with:
  • 5-6+ years of marketing analytics/digital analytics experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) or equivalent in marketing, statistics, math, economics or several years of disciplined experience in marketing/business analytics or related scientific/quantitative field experience.
  • High level of proficiency with web analytics tools Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • High level of proficiency with relevant software/systems, such as DoubleClick Manager, Social Media Insights Dashboards (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, etc.), MS Office, etc.
  • Specifically, strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Experience with data aggregation and visualization platforms, such as Domo, Google Data Studio, Tableau.
  • Experience training junior analyst, team management and delegation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle a large volume of work
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and changes in direction
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and agency partners, and know who to engage with in order to create an efficient and smooth process
  • Ability to craft and tell data stories both to internal teams and clients
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourcefulness - creatively using resources to proactively solve problems and get the job done
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in business writing
  • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal / professional relationship with vendors, clients, etc.
  • Willing to play a collaborative and active role in a highly engaged team focused on delivering great thinking and remarkable client service

Roles and Responsibilities include:
  • Deep understanding of digital measurement across display, social, search and site.
  • Deep direct knowledge and experience with data management platforms.
  • Help craft asset launch strategies and work on post-performance analysis to assess success and share learnings.
  • Work closely with the digital creative team to regularly test and incorporate opportunities to utilize dynamic creative.
  • Work collaboratively with media and strategy teams to recommend modifications and optimizations.
  • Learn and improve upon our digital data tracking campaigns to drive further success.
  • Build upon and create internal benchmarks for all campaign measures.
  • Build and maintaining strong professional relationships internally (cross departments, cross agencies) and externally (clients, media vendors)
  • Aptitude for drawing out meaningful and actionable insights from data sets, informing future media and creative tactics
  • Unwavering commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
  • Help manage, guide and train junior level analyst.
  • Organizational skills to manage and prioritize daily work flow
  • Deliver on-time scheduled reporting, dashboard, and ad-hoc reporting in a timely fashion
  • Create measurement and tagging plans for campaigns and websites
  • Possess a strong comprehension of client’s business objectives
  • Proactively identify opportunities for data exploration and analysis
  • Proactively address process and communications issues and impediments
  • Developing, writing and presenting reports, insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Attend client meetings
