Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively runs the day to day planning on key accounts
  • Builds and develops media owner relationships in order to drive market leading planning for clients
  • Works with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through the use of best practice and adherence to Service Level Agreement’s
  • Uses understanding of commercial opportunities and trading focuses to ensure investment is guided towards the most appropriate partners

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Effective skills with Microsoft excel (pivot tables, formatting)
  • Competent math skills as this person will be expected to manage client budgets
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and deliver on a deadline

  • Description Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging report, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, update, and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will handle 200+ invoices a week, so we are seeking candidates who are self-starters, with high attention to detail. This is a short-term contract / temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk position and is based in the Detroit, Michigan area.
