The successful candidate must have many years of enterprise experience in Citrix infrastructure processes and XenDesktop build processes.
They must have the ability to learn and implement new technology developments while providing technical leadership within IT in keeping the Citrix Infrastructure current.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee operational reporting, SLA management and the continuity of business/disaster recovery capabilities in the 24x7 sustain operational model
Partner with cross-functional IT Team and LOB partners to manage application severity incidents to quick resolution

Qualifications
5+ years of IT infrastructure experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Proficiency with incident management, root cause analysis and resolving production application issues with both short term and long-term solutions
Ability to manage and support enterprise business applications by leveraging internal and external teams along with third-party vendor solution

Experience with the following applications is strongly preferred:
5+ years Citrix Presentation server/ XenApp (all versions)
5+ years XenDesktop experience
Netscaler Load Balancing technologies
1+ Year experience with Unidesk/Citrix Application Layering
5+ years managing Citrix environments with PVS
Experience managing and maintaining Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 OS
Understanding of Security best practices
Experience with a range of security and monitoring tools including Symantec, FSLogix, Splunk, and SCOM.
Capacity and Performance monitoring
