In other words, it’s about you.PURPOSE OF THE ROLEAs a Financial Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis to support the business in order to drive operational top line and bottom line growth.ATTRIBUTES OF PROFESSIONALS IN THIS ROLE
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Work collaboratively with the plant teams to model cost and present materials to the management committee to make decisions
Manage and develop long range strategic sales, capital, and capacity utilization plans
Develop and support customer piece price and tooling breakdowns
Generate quote letters to customers
Build short term and long term program profitability models to analyze and identify performance opportunities on in-production and in-development programs
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of cost modeling experience
Knowledge of different manufacturing processes (machining and foundry)
Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
