Lead Mobile Developer Detroit, MI JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop hybrid mobile applications for a health care application using IOINC (Angular/Cordova) framework on the iOS and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading detailed design, development/unit testing and integration of applications
Produce scalable and flexible, high-quality code that satisfies both the functional and non-functional requirements
Uses secure development best practices and design patterns
Cross train team members for full knowledge coverage on team
Analyse and translate business requirements to technical design
Collaborate/communicate with project team and business users as required
Support functional testing and UI/UX testing
Design, develop, deploy, test and maintain technical assets in a highly secure and integrated enterprise computing environment
Required Experience:
Experience developing hybrid mobile applications using IONIC (Angular/Cordova) framework on iOS and Android Platforms
Demonstrated experience in CSS, HTML5 and JavaScript (Angular, JQuery, Bootstrap, etc), JSON, XML
Has experience with Objective-C / Swift / Java / Kotlin
Experience in JAVA, Spring boot backend development and integration into Mobile app
6+ years of experience in hybrid mobile app development and minimum of 3+ years using the Ionic Framework.
Strong knowledge of algorithms, design patterns and fundamental computer science concepts
Experience consuming web services (RESTful) using Java APIs and tools, such as SpringBoot
Experience with both relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases
Experience working in Agile methodologies (SCRUM) environment and familiar with iterative development cycles.
Familiar with best practices in iOS and Android application development
Heavy emphasis on experience with the following tools/technologies:
HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
IONIC (Angular/Cordova) framework
Angular 6 or above
Cordova plugins
JIRA
Nice to Have's
Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g. SVN/git, Jira, Jenkins, Maven, etc.) is a PLUS
Experience implementing authentication, authorization, Single Sign On, SAML, OAuth is a PLUS
