Job Description:This position typically provides oversight of the payroll department and other support to the project as needed for other departments. This position is usually assigned to small to medium-sized projects or assists on larger projects. Analyze situations, identify, and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and ensure payroll staff meet deadlines Review and establish compliance documentation for any work practices identified Monitor all Finance processes for compliance Ensure that personnel being supervised have an understanding of how to apply compliance regulations to daily work processes Other duties as assignedJob ID: 120469BRCity: DetroitState: MichiganCountry: United StatesWe reserve the right to modify or revise the job descriptions in part or in its entirety.
