Position SummaryThe field recruiter is responsible managing the full cycle recruiting process for high volume, field based positions. The field recruiter develops active and passive candidates for a variety of field based positions. This position will have extensive interaction with hiring managers requiring a consultative approach that drives the recruiting process to completion. The field recruiter will be responsible for hard to fill markets or special projects.

Minimum QualificationsEducation Level:
(Required) High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)Bachelor's DegreeField of Study/Area of Experience: Human Resources
3 of experience recruiting, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, and Software/ToolsIncumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time, ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
