eCommerce Project Manager
The Project Manager will support eCommerce initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, stakeholders, action items, risks, issues, and compliance to project standards.
Excellent communication skills are required to schedule and manage meetings and deliver required meeting materials. The candidate will pursue on-schedule closure to action items and other tasks with tenacity to keep projects on track.
The PM will need to be able to use Visio, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
The PM will contribute to process improvement by continually updating processes and documentation after lessons learned.
PMP Certification is not required.
Job Responsibilities
Manage eCommerce projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
Manage projects using standards and processes identified by the eCommerce team. Update and improve processes continually.
Keep projects on target. Escalate as necessary.
Manage project management standards, and compliance to those standards.
Report out on project status.
Evaluates future work and estimates the amount of support needed.
Manages team communications including scheduling and running meetings.

Job Skills and Background Requirements:

The working environment is highly collaborative and requires the ability to manage relationships with multiple functional teams and vendors. Must be personally driven to improve the business.
o Works cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals and resolve problems
o Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with team members, vendors, suppliers, dealers, and leadership teams
o Effectively manage multiple assignments utilizing highly efficient time management skills
o Ability to analyze business priorities, goals, and dependencies and translate into a plan
o Ability to communicate plans to a team of BAs and stakeholders
o Team oriented with cross-functional team leadership skills
o Experienced in digital commerce, project and program management, business analysis
o Excellent communication and presentation skills

Education/Experience
o Experience in developing and deploying digital systems
o Experience in program and project management
o 5-10 years of experience in digital systems, eCommerce, and program development
o PMP certification not required

Software Engineers perform requirements analysis. They then design, develop or maintain the physical application (components) or the application environment, based on the Software Architecture (models and principles). Activities include coding, integrating, implementing, installing or changing frameworks and standard components, or technical and functional application management. A Software Engineer also develops languages, methods, frameworks and tools, and/or undertakes activities in support of server-based databases in development, test and production environments.


Required Skills and Experience:


You are an experienced Software Engineer. You have received training and mastered at least one technology environment. You are good at elaborating technology areas and have an ability to position them within the scope of an overall project. You are a member of at least one community.


Qualification: 3-7 years (2 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelors Degree.
Certification: Should have or seeking SE Level 1.
Should have progressing knowledge in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering, Testing, Data Management, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.


Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
