What will you do?Develop and execute on enterprise workstation imaging and deployment methodologyAdvanced experience developing Windows Autopilot provisioning solutions within an enterprise environmentIn-depth knowledge of Windows Analytics, OOBE, ICD,USMT, ADK, and related imaging toolsUnderstanding of Azure Active Directory Domain Join ProcessAdvanced knowledge of Intune including creation of policies, troubleshooting failures, and development testingDevelop and execute on plan for increasing overall desktop platform optimization and standardizationComputer hardware preparation and deploymentMonitor the performance of systems using Windows AnalyticsCreate and manage application deployment objects for new and existing softwareEstablish and maintain self-provisioning pool of applications Manage deployment of all patches, critical updates and service packs on a timely basisMaintain ongoing communications with client support teams and Stefanini Engineers regarding application issue resolution and general workstation managementSupport work with key platform vendors to resolve issues as well as platform strategy developmentCoordinate applications release with Software Solutions and QA teams and business ownersCoordinate release of patches/critical updates and service packsProvide technical assistance to support groups as neededMonitor helpdesk queue to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner or to SLAReport any problems not resolved, or which may cause degradation in meeting SLAWork on special projects as neededProvide back-up infrastructure support as needed
