Our Human Capital as a Service AMS team focuses on helping our clients realize the true value of their Workday HCM transformations by creating the right solutions to deliver continued enhancements to their original investment.Responsibilities will include:Lead the team in Phase X deployments to encourage continuous Workday HCM optimization and apply creative thinking to solving problemsCollaborate with client to understand their capacity and needs to ensure continued success and effective usage of Workday HCMLead teams to design and define the scope resulting in efficient and effective pricing and resource planning.Utilize your knowledge of Workday HCM as you solution and lead new module implementations and deployments with the best quality of delivery possibleEngage with Deloitte s Human Capital as a Service offerings to understand key messaging and bring additional value to clientsWhat you ll doRequired Qualifications:10 years strong experience implementing individual modules and expanding the HRIS package footprint10 years of exceptional experience leading and managing individual module deployments, M&A work as related to the HRIS package, handling escalations for critical functional issues all while ensuring the highest quality service and delivery10 years strong experience designing solutions and driving responses to RFP for Workday HCM clients, or a similar HCM package, including independently creating and driving pricing models and staffing plansExceptional experience leading teams across geographies, both national and international, providing mentorship, guidance, and directionStrong understanding of Workday HCM functionalities and the overall HR functionMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Travel up to 80 (While 80% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT disciplineExperience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing).About Deloitte Consulting s Human Capital as a ServiceHuman Capital as a Service (HCAS) is focused on developing and delivering a Human Capital Platform of products and research, enabling digital organization and helping clients improve their performance and better adapt to disruption in their business.
