As a Cook, you will be responsible for Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies. Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
The daily operations of all back-of-the-house functions and for providing nothing but the finest food for our guests. This will include leadership of all kitchen employees as well as ensuring that all recipes, food preparations and presentations meet our specifications and commitment to quality.
Your specific duties as Cook will include:
Must work nights and weekends.
Food quality and consistency.
Checking all kitchen equipment and setting it up for daily use.
Enforcing safety and sanitary practices, maintenance and regulatory compliance for the kitchen area.
Ensuring that all menu items are made according to recipe and presented in our specifications.
Keeping kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized.
Must be 18 years or older.
