We are looking for a candidate with a shared passion for food and hospitality to take on a leadership role in our downtown Detroit restaurant. The assistant manager position will assist the general manager in oversight of all aspects of front of the house operations. This leadership role requires a dedicated manager with an extensive knowledge of food and beverage, while providing a professional yet fun experience for both guests and staff. Candidates must possess 3+ years of experience in service driven restaurant management.
Candidates must have a good working knowledge of
-culture and team building
-seasonal menus and ingredients
-wine and cocktail programs
-training and oversight of excellent service standards
-administrative duties including hiring, scheduling, payroll, and inventory
