Downtown Detroit welcomed Trust Night Club in August of 2018 and now after resounding success, we are ready to open our brand new restaurant, the X.O. Room within the coming weeks. We are seeking FOH managers that have:
at least 3 years restaurant management experience
a bachelors degree. Restaurant management major preferred but not required
the ability to solve problems
the highest level of service standards for yourself and others
a strong attention to detail
an energetic and positive attitude
the willingness to take ownership of the restaurant as if its your own
great communication and guest relation skills
punctuality
confidence
an edge
the desire to grow and help mold a young and ambitious restaurant group.
