We are an assisted living community (long-term residence for the elderly) located at 6 Mile Road and I-275. We have an excellent opportunity for a mature, dynamic leader to oversee the health and wellness of our residents. Experience in leading care-giving teams and assuring quality care delivery operation is a plus. Demonstrating superior performance in this role will allow you to rise to the position of Assistant Administrator.
Responsibilities - leading care operation / teams and assuring quality compliance:
1. Oversee the care operation: resident care delivery, care coordination, med-pass, activities, meals
2. Understand residents' care needs and develop individual Service Plans
3. Communicate resident's needs and expectations to staff
4. Coach / Train/QC caregivers
5. Assure compliance with company policies and procedures
6. Assure residents' health and wellness, and that their individual needs are being met
Eligibility Criteria
1. Experience in Leading Teams - developing, coaching and leading care-giving team
2. Experience in Quality Control - through continuous monitoring of residents/staff
3. Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel)
Possible hours may be somewhat in the range of 7am - 6:3pm with some weekend coverage.
