Looking for an experienced full time custodian to assist with cleaning duties full time. Must have flexible availability.
Duties include:
- Perform routing cleaning tasks based on a schedule created by the facility management
- Respond to repair requests quickly and with a professional manner
- Responsible for cleaning parking lot
- Removing trash from facility
- Washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and restocking disposables
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
- Cleaning exterior and interior glass
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replacing broken switches, fixing door handles, minor leaks etc.)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
- Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
