Small, Veteran Owned, Company needs a skilled pair of hands.
Must be 18 and have reliable transportation and communication.
1099 Position.
Requires physical work and on your feet for the day.
Monday-Friday 9-5 (weekends available if you want extra work but not required)
Hours may shift, but I pay on Day / Half Day rates. You work 2 hours. Half day (4 hours) work 5 hours or more (8 hour day of pay)
I pay in your favor. I also pay bonuses if work is done in a timely manner.
I am flexible with almost anything but short notice excuses. Communication is key, keep me in the loop and that's all I need.
Tasks can include but aren't limited to: painting, carpentry (rough and finish), limited plumbing & electrical, work on ladders, power washing, drywall repair, cabinet installation, countertop installation, etc.
Ideal fit has own tools and experience. Is a Veteran. Is used to working solo. Willing to learn new techniques. Great with customers.
Honesty will get you far with me. I'd rather you admit you don't know something than I find out because you messed up a job.
